Event Design/Consulting Package
This package is designed to set any client on the path to total success. Each client is given a portfolio which includes complete event design and layout, along with a detailed list of everything needed to make the design a reality. It is personally designed for each client's individual needs and wants. The portfolio includes the order of services for the ceremony and reception, a picture list guide, diagrams of the setup, as well as other information on press announcements, marriage license and name changes. It includes up to three (3) appointments with the client to discuss ideas and details. One of these appointments will be at the rental company to visualize the event design.
Pre-Event Coordinating and Setup can be added to the Event Design and Consult. This add-on allows the client to rest at ease knowing that the event design and details have been accomplished. Our staff will oversee the setup and coordinate with all vendors the details of the event design layout.
Planning/Coordinating Packages
Pearl 
This package is designed for day-of event needs. It includes the following:
Final walk-through onsite at the event location
All day service of your event
Minimum of three event staff members
Coordinating of the event
Cleanup
Sapphire
This package is designed for the client who wants to handle all the forefront details of the planning stages, but needs someone to step in three to four months prior to the event date and handle the final coordination of the event plans. It includes everything stated in the Pearl Package with an additional limited amount of event planning. (event planning services determined upon package)
Diamond
This package is designed for the client who is looking for someone to handle the planning and coordinating from beginning to end. It includes everything stated in the pearl and saphire package, along with attendance to all set appointments involving event plans.
